E.C.L. Were appointed to carry out an upgrade from the current Timber boundary fence to 100m of new security palisade fencing.
Due to the current timber fence being vandalised and the sensitive nature of being a boundary divide between Morrison and Nexus Railway track, E.C.L. were to provide detailed risk assessments and method statements on how the services were to be provided.
A Construction Phase Plan for the works in accordance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 was drafted and submitted for approval.
E.C.L. worked closely with Nexus and Morrisons to provide a safe working environment for engineers to complete the works with out disruption to the Nexus metro timetable.
