Mr and Mrs Banks had been experiencing blocked drains in Newcastle and horrible smells for a number of months. Engineers arrived and found the external drains blocked. Once the drains had been cleared a camera was placed down the drain and found the line had collapsed. A quotation was given to replace the drain line which was accepted. Engineers returned the following day and excavated the drain line and replaced the old damaged clay with new plastic, once complete the grass was reinstated to a standard it looked like EnviroClear had not even been!
