EnviroClear received an urgent 4 hour response to attend the above property fault description foul water discharging internally within the shop, shop may have to close, engineers attended and found the foul system blocked and discharging internally, engineers located the blockage and used High Pressure Water Jetting equipment to unblock the system, engineers found all internal drains to have drained but found the system to be in poor condition, A site visit was arranged and our recommendation to clean the full system as it would block in a short period was authorised, engineers proceeded to clean the full system and reinstate full flow.
